THREE SOURCES OF PROJECT VALUE

Effective waste management should do more than keep a jobsite clean. It should actively contribute to the success of the project.

01

PROTECT TRADE PRODUCTIVITY

Keep skilled trades building, not handling waste.

On large data center campuses, distances between active work areas and exterior Tommy Carts can create avoidable movement and interruptions. Strategically positioned Tommy Carts and continuous circulation managed by Dedicated Waste Handlers reduce the time trades spend transporting debris, and keep waste moving away from active work fronts.

"RECON DESIGNS COLLECTION ACCESS AROUND THE
CONSTRUCTION WORKFLOW, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND."

THE PAYOFF

Less time spent transporting debris.

Fewer interruptions to specialized construction work

Momentum toward critical milestones, with opportunities to accelerate schedules and deliver completed facilities sooner

SUPPORT CLEANER, SAFER WORK AREAS

02

Stay ahead of waste accumulation instead of reacting to it.

Construction housekeeping is most effective when it is planned and continuously supported, not deferred until waste piles up. Dedicated Waste Handlers provide proactive waste-related housekeeping, exchange full Tommy Carts and help keep shared work areas, collection points and access routes orderly, supporting safer site conditions as work progresses across buildings, floors and phases.

DEDICATED SITE CLEANING

SCHEDULED & RESPONSIVE DEBRIS REMOVAL

From approved work areas, corridors, common spaces and waste collection points.

OVERFLOW & ACCUMULATION CONTROL

PACKAGING & MILESTONE

CLEANUPS

Support for delivery-related packaging removal and project milestone cleanups within agreed scope.

PROMPT REPORTING

Working within your safety program. Recon works under the general contractor’s site rules and safety requirements. Each trade retains responsibility for its own work methods, tools, hazardous materials and trade-specific housekeeping. Specialized cleaning, energized-area work and hazardous-material handling require separate approved procedures and scope.

SIMPLIFY ACCOUNTABILITY

One contractor. One coordinated waste-handling operation.

03

Recon manages the personnel, Tommy Carts, collection infrastructure, internal logistics, hauling, material recovery and final disposal within the agreed project scope. Centralized coordination gives general contractors a clear point of accountability, consistent service delivery, and measurable visibility into waste volumes, diversion and agreed performance indicators.

INSTEAD OF COORDINATING

Waste equipment suppliers

YOU GET ONE WASTE HANDLING PARTNER

Centralized service planning and on-site leadership

Coordinated staffing, Tommy Carts, roll-off boxes, trucks and material-handling equipment

Cleanup labor

Hauling companies

Recycling providers

Waste transportation, disposal coordination and recycling/recovery management

Regular operational reviews and performance reporting
