PRICE MATCH OR BEAT GUARANTEE
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our “Match or Beat Your Quote” offer is designed to provide fair, competitive pricing while maintaining high service standards. The following terms apply:

1. VALID COMPETITOR QUOTES

  • Must be a written quote or invoice from a licensed and operating dumpster rental provider in Texas

  • Quote must include:

    • Company name

    • Service location

    • Dumpster size

    • Rental duration

    • Total price (including all fees)

  • Verbal quotes will not be accepted

2. COMPARABLE SERVICES ONLY

Price matching applies only to like-for-like services, including:

  • Same dumpster size

  • Same rental period

  • Same service area

  • Similar debris type (construction, roofing, demolition, etc.)

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if services are not directly comparable.

3. TEXAS SERVICE AREA & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Offer valid only within our standard Texas service areas

  • Additional fees may apply for extended delivery distances, restricted access sites, or special placement requirements

  • Customer is responsible for ensuring legal placement of dumpsters (including permits if required by local municipality)

4. TEXAS DISPOSAL & ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE

All rentals must comply with applicable Texas laws and regulations, including:

  • Proper waste disposal under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) guidelines

  • Adherence to local landfill rules and restrictions

Prohibited materials include (but are not limited to):

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals, paints, solvents

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Tires, batteries, fuel, or oils

  • Refrigerants or appliances containing Freon (unless properly certified)

Additional charges, refusal of service, or removal fees may apply for non-compliance.

5. WEIGHT LIMITS & LANDFILL FEES

  • All rentals include a specified weight limit

  • Overage charges apply per ton based on local landfill rates in Texas

  • Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual disposal costs

6. HIDDEN FEES DISCLOSURE

If a competitor quote does not clearly disclose:

  • Dump fees

  • Weight limits

  • Environmental or fuel surcharges

We reserve the right to adjust our match to ensure an apples-to-apples comparison.

7. EXCLUSIONS

We do not match or beat:

  • Expired or outdated quotes

  • Promotional, below-cost, or unsustainable pricing

  • Quotes from unlicensed, uninsured, or non-compliant operators

  • Quotes that violate Texas disposal or transportation regulations

8. PROPERTY DAMAGE & LIABILITY

  • Customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible drop-off location

  • We are not responsible for damage to:

    • Driveways

    • Pavement

    • Underground utilities

    • Landscaping

Unless caused by proven operator negligence.

Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the site can safely support the weight of delivery vehicles and containers.

9. RIGHT TO DECLINE

We reserve the right to decline any price match request that:

  • Falls below sustainable service levels

  • Conflicts with regulatory compliance

  • Poses a risk to safety, service quality, or legal operation

10. RESPONSE TIME

  • Most quote match requests are reviewed within 15–60 minutes during business hours

  • Availability of equipment may impact final pricing and delivery timing

​

11. FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER INCENTIVES

  • Promotional offers (discounts or free days) apply to first-time customers only

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

​

12. CHANGES & AVAILABILITY

  • Pricing is subject to dumpster availability and scheduling

  • Final pricing confirmed at time of booking

​

13. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting a quote for review and booking service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
